The ABA has long sold seamless leg bands using the sizes D, E, F and G since before 1980. As a result of a vendor change, the new leg bands are labeled in millimeters. The following table will help leg band customers order legbands, as well as assist leg band users to ensure the proper size leg band is placed on a particular bird.

Anyone interested in ordering ABA seamless leg bands should rely upon the ABA's letter guide to determine what size leg band to purchase for their birds. For example, Modern game bantams of both sexes use leg band size D. When your 2007 leg bands arrive, you receive a string of 10 millimeter seamless leg bands plus a copy of the cross reference table. Although there will not be any confusion if you only order one size leg band, many of our customers order 2, 3 or 4 different sized leg bands and the cross reference chart will be helpful.

For 2008, we have received 9,600 leg bands and anticipate they will sell rapidly as hatching season approaches. Place your order early through the ABA's on-line store or by mail to the ABA office.
